Students fund 41% of the cost of their education through the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP).

Cristo Rey Jesuit empowers students to be college-ready and career-prepared with an innovative Corporate Work-Study Program that employs 100% of our students. Our students earn approximately half of the cost of their education through a job-sharing partnership with their classmates to cover a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from late-August to mid-June. Our experiential learning model is unique as we are the only school in Minneapolis/St. Paul that incorporates on-site job experience into its academic curriculum.

In addition to offsetting the cost of their education and making a private college-preparatory education affordable for their families, students acquire years of valuable professional work experience before they go to college.

As a result of working in a business environment, Cristo Rey Jesuit students:

In a traditional model, four students work once a week, and again once a month on Friday. This amounts to 1 FTE for the business and unparalleled experience for the students.
