Alumni Services

High school graduation is only a step on the path of a Cristo Rey Jesuit High School student. Our goal is that each student graduate from a 2 or 4-year college within 6 years of graduation.

If you are a CRJHS alumni who is in college or who would like to return to college, we are here to help you achieve your goals. Cristo Rey is committed to providing our alumni with the resources to succeed in college and beyond.

Our Alumni Counselor helps students to access campus resources and troubleshoot issues with enrollment, financial aid, academic support and even managing homesickness. College enrollment and retention data is also meticulously tracked. These targeted interventions, advocacy and connectivity to our graduates is at the forefront of alumni support developing in higher education.

Additionally, college success is ingrained in the CRJHS curriculum. Prior to graduating high school, seniors partake in a “College 101” program that is integrated into the senior seminar. Counselors, staff members and alumni provide knowledge and advice to help students adjust to their campuses, classrooms, and social environments.  We hold annual alumni events to welcome our graduates back to CRJHS, and ensure our current students can learn from their predecessors’ struggles and successes.
