Life After Work Study | How a Cristo Rey Intern is Making the Move After Graduation

Since 2013, Kraus-Anderson has partnered with Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and its Corporate Study Work Program in providing internships for its students. We have a different intern for each Monday through Thursday when there’s school, and the four of them rotate on Fridays. The interns do basic office work at KA, such as process mail, make deliveries, and clean out our coffee pots. They also work with one of our departments (marketing, IT, HR, project coordinators) in the morning.

100% of the Class of 2019 is ACCEPTED to College!

As of April 26, 2019, 100% of the Class of 2019 is ACCEPTED to college! 30 of those college-bound seniors were celebrated at our final College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. Institutions that have accepted our seniors include Alabama State University, Coe College, College of the Holy Cross, Dougherty Family College, North Dakota State College of Science, Tennessee State University and the University of San Francisco.

As of March 29, 2019, 92% of the Class of 2019 is ACCEPTED to college! 26 of those college-bound seniors were celebrated at our fourth College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. Institutions that have accepted our seniors include Arizona State University, Emory University, Fairfield University, Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, Loyola University Chicago, Macalester College, Marquette University, Santa Clara University and the University of Notre Dame.

83% of the Class of 2019 is ACCEPTED to College!

As of February 22, 2019, 83% of our seniors have been accepted to college. Thirty of those college-bound seniors were recently celebrated at our third College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. Some of the schools these students were accepted to include Arizona State University, Creighton, Fairfield University, Gonzaga University, Howard University, Loyola University New Orleans, Marquette University, Morehouse College, North Dakota State University, Robert Morris University, Seattle University, St. Olaf College, Suffolk University and the University of Minnesota.

As of January 11, 2019, 66% of our seniors have been accepted to college. Twenty-three of those college-bound seniors were recently celebrated at our second College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. Some of the schools these students were accepted to are Bethel University, Bradley University, Dougherty Family College, Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, Loyola University Chicago, Luther College, Marquette University, Michigan Technical University, Saint Leo University, Saint Louis University, St. Catherine University, Sweet Briar College, University of Minnesota and Xavier University.

As of December 7, 2018, 50% of our seniors have been accepted to college. Twenty of those college-bound seniors were celebrated at our first College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. The students were accepted to schools including Iowa State University, Luther College, Marquette University, Michigan State University, Saint Mary's University of MN, St. John's University, the University of Iowa and the University of St. Thomas.

As of November 2018, a quarter of our senior class has already been accepted to college! These students have been accepted to institutions such as Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, the University of Iowa, Gustavus Adolphus College, Coe College, Concordia College and Saint Cloud State University.
