66% of the Class of 2019 is ACCEPTED to College!

Twenty-three of those college-bound seniors were celebrated this morning at our second College Acceptance Ceremony of the year. Some of the schools these students were accepted to are Bethel University, Bradley University, Dougherty Family College, Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, Loyola University Chicago, Luther College, Marquette University, Michigan Technical University, Saint Leo University, Saint Louis University, St. Catherine University, Sweet Briar College, University of Minnesota and Xavier University.

The students were accepted to schools including Iowa State University, Luther College, Marquette University, Michigan State University, Saint Mary's University of MN, St. John's University, the University of Iowa and the University of St. Thomas.

As of November 2018, a quarter of our senior class has already been accepted to college! These students have been accepted to institutions such as Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, the University of Iowa, Gustavus Adolphus College, Coe College, Concordia College and Saint Cloud State University.

Erin Healy Appointed Principal

Ms. Healy has been a highly respected member of the Cristo Rey community since 2008 when she was hired to teach 9th grade English. She has also served as Dean of Student Achievement for grades 9, 10, and 11 between 2011-2017, and most recently as Dean of Curriculum.

Cristo Rey Jesuit Students Make A Robot … And History

The robotics team from Cristo Rey Jesuit High School does not have a fancy banner to hang in the pit area where teams tweak their robots, and the team also doesn’t have a big flag to be waved, as is the custom, before rounds of competition begin. But the Los Clasicos have something else: a tremendous sense of accomplishment.
