Jenna Hadley joined Cristo Rey Twin Cities in May 2026 as Vice President of Development, bringing more than 10 years of advancement experience across higher education, healthcare, and cultural institutions. Previously, she served at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, Think Small, and most recently at the Science Museum of Minnesota, where she deepened her commitment to building philanthropic strategies rooted in community partnership. Ms. Hadley approaches fundraising as a tool for collective impact, centering relationships, trust, and a focus on mission in action. She is passionate about mobilizing resources in ways that reflect and honor the communities they serve and believes that access to quality education is a community responsibility. She lives in Richfield with her husband, Josh, and their son.
