Cristo Rey's Hire4Ed program seeks full-time, entry-level clerical positions for its students. Our students will be trained to perform such tasks as filing, copying, faxing, delivering interoffice mail, assembling information packets, very basic data entry, reception, and general "go-for" duties.

What is the Hire4Ed Program?

• A unique business education experience that allows students to underwrite 70% of their total education costs while gaining valuable work experience.
• Students work in job-sharing teams to cover a standard business week, Monday through Friday.
• Each team is composed of 4 students.
• Each student works one day per week and one Friday each month.
• Students work standard daily business hours (approx. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
• Academic schedules are structured so that students are available to work without missing class.
• Client companies contract with the Hire4Ed Program to fill full-time, entry-level jobs in their offices.

• The Hire4Ed Program handles all payroll, W-4, I-9, Workers’ Compensation, FICA, FUTA and other employer issues for the students.
