How to Apply
The Student Application includes the following items:
- An Application for Admission
- A Request for Student Records that is submitted to your current school, asking your school to forward to Cristo Rey:
- Copies of 7th and 8th grade report cards
- Copies of standardized test scores
- Copy of health and immunization records
- Three letters of recommendation from the following areas:
- Teacher Evaluation in 8th Grade Language Arts
- Teacher Evaluation in 8th Grade Math
- Community Leader Evaluation, completed by any principal, counselor, employer, volunteer supervisor, or pastor who knows the applicant well
- A copy of the applicant’s Social Security Card
- A copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate
- Students must be at least 14 years old by September 1 of their freshman year
- Students born outside of the USA must present a copy of Permanent Resident Card
- Completed Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) form for financial aid along with copies of your last year’s IRS 1040 Form and W2’s
- Student interview conducted at Shadow Visit.
