In order for our mission to become a reality, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School relies on many volunteers from the community. These volunteers are responsible for working with small groups of students or with individuals to provide them with the individualized help and support that they need in order to achieve success in their college preparatory courses. Volunteers serve as tutors in the classroom during the afterschool program or can indirectly impact student success by volunteering in college counseling office, the library, or the administrative offices.
At Cristo Rey Jesuit H.S. we strive to build mutually beneficial relationships between volunteers and students. Not only do volunteers receive the satisfaction of helping a student but the student benefits from the positive relationships being formed. If you don’t feel particularly skilled at tutoring a student in their academics, consider becoming a mentor today.
We invite you to become part of our mission by volunteering your time and talents to help Cristo Rey Jesuit H.S. students.
